I went there this past Saturday to get my hair cut, but a lady named JoAnn was very nasty attitude, very rude. So I left, my family and I have been coming for years and never had an experience like this. BUT I went back on Monday and Jeff was so pleasant and nice and when I told him about the situation. He kept apologizing for that and reassure me everything will be taken care of. Jeff did my hair great and It was such a pleasure to have someone that was good attitude to help me.

I used the app to sign in for an appointment i got there at 6:15 wanting to get my hair cut and highlights …. the girl was short had black hair and purple on the ends … she refused to do my highlights and didn’t even bother to ask if i still wanted my hair cut..told me it was 6 and they close at 8 and that she couldn’t do it cause she was the only one there … how you plan on making money for the business by turning people away!!! Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI had Jeff do my hair today and the whole experience was botched from the get go. He terrorized my daughter, his station was a mess, he jacked up my hair and my eyebrows and his clothes were stained with what looked like lunch from that day. The salon was a mess and not a jar of barbicide to be seen. His station had a towel that had someone else’s hair stuck to it and his scissors looked dingey which means they were not clean. He did not listen to my requests. I am appalled at the condition of the salon. There was an employee practically sleeping in the wash chair. He was touching my face and eyebrows then says to me “let me go wash my hands.” Please don’t go there. This is the hair salon inside of Walmart and it is FANTASTIC! I highly recommend Jennifer- I have been searching for a simple hair stylist in the area and my husband has raved about her but I finally got to try her. It’s been two weeks and my hair still feels healthy like it’s just been cut. She listens to the customer but has a vision of her own as well. Thank you!!
