Always reinsuring the haircut length and asking hows the hair looking as I was trying to get my son distracted. I went in hopeful for good service and left with hair I’m disappointed in. I specifically said I did not want black hair, picked the exact color I wanted and still left with black hair. She set a timer for 45 minutes to set (which I’ve never heard of before) and had to call her over 30 minutes in because my head was burning. Rinse was sloppy, cut was pointless and I left with wet unfinished hair I will never return which is disappointing and now I have to pay someone else to fix what she messed up.
