I went to the Smart Styles in Seneca on 10-6-22. I wanted an all over color. I had highlights previously and my hair was blonde. My roots were showing and they were dark. I did mention that my hair has red tones. The stylist put the color on my hair and I noticed she did not bleach or tone my hair. When she washed the color out where my roots were it was a brassy red. I did ask her about it and all I got was I might have to come back in 3 to 4 weeks and do another application. The next morning I called and talked with the manager and she told me to come in. She looked at my hair and said she could put a toner on it. Once again it still had the brassy red color. Not as bad as the day before but it was still there. I have tried several times to contact customer service and all I get is an automated service with no option to speak to anyone! I’m very disappointed with this company! I paid 80.00 for this and I just want my hair done right!

Critical: QualityI had my hair cut and beard trimmed here a few days ago and it was fantastic. My grandmother took my son there today and it was horrible. The gap on his bangs looked like a person with seizures grabbed a set of clippers and went to town. The name of the hairdresser isn’t known but if you work in that industry don’t rush even if it’s a kids haircut. The gap on his bangs looked like a person with seizures grabbed a set of clippers and went to town. The name of the hairdresser isn’t known but if you work in that industry don’t rush even if it’s a kids haircut. He nor I will be returning to this establishment.

I just got my haircut today by a fabulous woman named Gail. She was very patient with me considering I did not really know how I wanted my hair cut. So basically I just told her I didn’t want any bangs , I wanted it cut short and that I wanted it to be easy to maintain. She did a wonderful job and I just wanted to let everybody know about it. ( By the way, the first picture is the before picture. The rest are after it got cut). I love my haircut and I love Gail (the lady who cut my hair) and I will be back to see her in a couple weeks for a touch-up.

This was the crappiest customer service I have ever received in my life…. The lady that was there refused to cut my sons hair because we got there 15 minutes before the store was to close…. My son has very little hair so it would not have taken but a few minutes to cut. First off I have to work until the very last minute whether I like or not what makes you any different, secondly I apologize for asking you to your job(a job might I add that you chose ). I find the professionalism in this establishment non existent and have no intention of ever stepping foot inside another one. Thank you for showing me exactly what customer service should not be!

I just went in to get my sons hair cut and I speak to a lady who is coloring a customers hair I asked if I could get my sons hair cut she said she didnt have anyone to cut his hair she was the only one there and that was it so I asked ok how long is the wait she said it would be about 3 hours so I said ok nevermind thank you and left and went and did a little shopping in walmart as I leave I go out that door and see the one customer sitting there that was getting her hair colored and the lady buzzing an older mans hair so she must have said she could cut his hair but didnt want to cut my sons hair I just cant believe that never again will I even attempt to go there!
