Critical: ProfessionalismINSANELY RUDE!!! Got my hair done here recently and let’s say I will not go back to the same person They were so rude!! Talking bad about previous customers and even shoppers they could see in Walmart. How ugly there face was or how they would hate to even touch someone’s hair. Once I was seated the lady (Rachel) doing my hair made rude comments about the person next to me on how “I hate how much she talks it’s always so boring”.“he has a woman? He’s so creepy looking”. And then to child they could see in the store.“They better not come in here I’m not touching her hair”. They went as far to tell me directly how much they hope some previous clients never came back! I left there with the feeling they were gonna talk bad about me to!! I did not feel confident when I left.Update. Ask for Samantha !!! INSANELY RUDE!!! Got my hair done here recently and let’s say I will not go back to the same person They were so rude!! Talking bad about previous customers and even shoppers they could see in Walmart. How ugly there face was or how they would hate to even touch someone’s hair. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst hair cut and “fade” ever! I specifically showed a picture of what i wanted. Asked if the stylist could do it, she said yes. My hair looks absolutely nothing like i wanted. Not only that, now i have to shave my head and start over. It was crooked, nicked and even a bald spot!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!Service: Haircut

Inexperienced employees don’t know how to do simple fades and leave hair choppy. Booked an apt today for 1 waited 15 minutes and they were standing around a customer talking. Then when I asked if I should just go somewhere else the woman I had an appointment with said oh I’m going to be another half hour before I’m freed up. Been a customer for years but they’ve really gone done hill under new management/ loss of old manager Mona. Inexperienced employees don’t know how to do simple fades and leave hair choppy. Booked an apt today for 1 waited 15 minutes and they were standing around a customer talking.
