12/27/18 For the third time I had to wait until 9:15 for someone to show up. After the young lady got there with me sitting outside she opened the door and shut behind her. She walked out about 5 minutes later and left to shop for awhile. I finally gave up at 9:30 and left. Never will have my time wasted like that again.
