I will never come to this place Again. When you make an appointment for a wash & blow out, you expect a “professional” to know what that means. I even explained it was for my baby shower in a couple of hours. The man washed my hair, took a towel and vigorously rubbed my hair like he was drying a dog, then blow dried my hair with no style to it and he used a flat hair brush. I explained I wanted some volume & a round brush.. He teased my roots and that was it. I wanted to cry, but a little boy was waiting his turn, I paid and left. I paid over $45 for a horrific service.

I went to the salon today kind of in the dumps and needed a change to feel better. Ashley helped me out by suggesting different ideas for my hair. She always waited for me to okay to her ideas (which some don’t and just cut hair not caring). I liked her ideas and went with them. I also saw her staff being upbeat and happy workers which cheered me up as well. So I have a HUGE thanks to Ashley and co workers for making my day. I love my cut and highlights!!!
