I ended up with orange hair in a straight bob that was cut with clippers and not even, one side longer than other.Asked if I liked my hair, I said yes because my scalp couldn’t take processing anymore and hair was already shorter than what I asked for.The girl talked down about other co-workers and what she should have done, the entire time. That conversation should have stayed between the coworkers without customer present. The other girl was not there at the time of coloring, her shift was done. She also told me many many times about her schooling and it used different colors than what she had available to her. I have been using this service for 6 years and have only had one bad experience due to an employee with a bad attitude. Every other time I have been has been a positive experience. Tina, the manager is amazing. Very intelligent and experienced with hair and I always leave satisfied. Other employees vary with experience level but all seem competent and kind.

Makayla gave me the best hair cut that I have ever had!!!! I got a layered lob which I have had before but never ever as good as she cut it. I will only be using her from now on if you want someone with beyond excellent layering skills I suggest booking appointments with makayla.

I just had the worse service and experience ever. I only went to have my eyebrows touched up, meaning that they only needed very little waxing and just some plucking. I made it very clear that I wanted them to keep their arch shape and that she needed to be careful because my hair is very thick.

I was blonde and I went to blonde to ginger and I loved it . It was a few weeks ago and I still have my hair ginger and it looks like it just got done and she was so nice the stylist who done mine she even offered me food from McDonald’s I highly recommend doing your hair here ❤️
