I got an A line yesterday. I’m really not happy with the end results after coming home and drying it completely and styling with an straightener. She didn’t blend it right and it’s choppy. It’s not shaped right, and there’s one huge step in it, butched. Not a happy camper. Because it’s not a lot of hair left to take anymore off! She tried telling me when I had looked and pointed out that line going across. “It was wet still mind you” she assured me it was because my hair was two different colors. She said go home and style it! She was in a hurry I feel like since her time to leave was at 4 and I showed up for her to fix the original visit prior. The worst part? They don’t refund. They expect you’ll just allow them to put scissors in your hair again. Like really? I’m not that dumb a second time. What a joke!

I visited Smartstyles in Whiteville Walmart Center on Saturday 6-11-2022 and on 6-18-22. I had the same type of services performed by Lynn B. I was charged a different price on 6-18-2022. I asked Lynn about this. She made some statement that she had provided an extra service to validate the $5.30 difference. I explained that she had performed the same service on 6-18-2022 as she had done on 6-11-2022. I am very disappointed in this situation. I do not believe I was given a complete, honest answer to the reason why I was charged $5.30 more. I left a small tip on my first trip but did not leave one on my last trip. I was very disappointed in the way my hair looked and I did not want a strong hair spray put on my hair, but it was.
