I came in and from the start Hind was so sweet and welcoming me into the salon, I was nervous about judgement from attempting to previously lighten my hair at home but she listened to what I wanted and offered input I had not thought of to make my hair look it’s best and achieving the look I wanted. She was very thorough, friendly, explained the reasoning behind why she was doing what she was doing and honestly was the best experience I’ve had at a salon.
