Lets start this off by saying this place is kinda a scam. They rip off women with kinky/curly hair, and charge extra if you have kinky/curly hair. They are very rough and I don’t like the way they pull your hair when detangling it . The “luxury” thing is crazy for the simple fact that you’re just getting a shampoo and blowouts then you have to pay extra to get a trim?? Really? Then let’s not forget the fact that there’s two people working there, they book appointments so close to each other that you have to wait. Two, they’ll start on your head and then try to finish up what they were doing to the other head. If it’s two workers in a shop, you need to schedule far from each appointment. I genuinely think that they some times forget that the other client exists. I once waited so long I fell asleep!!! If I schedule my appointment, I expect to get put in a chair as soon as I show up. The stylist Jessica is so rude. Her attitude when speaking to customers is not appropriate. Ignoring customers and coworkers is not appropriate. This place needs to do better it is very unprofessional.

Pricing is VERY high. Higher than a regular salon. They charge $35.00 for styling your hair separate from a relaxer. The price of relaxer should include styling your hair. However,her service was great.

I got a really bad haircut. She didn’t seem interested in cutting it and was awful with thinning shears. I ended up with a hunked up head of hair. I thought I would try one more time. She never showed up for my appointment. I think that was divine intervention. Don’t use Jessica. The other ladies in the shop seem to be excellent.

Buyers beware! We used to take my granddaughter here on in a regular basis in the prices for fairly reasonable. We took our 10 year old granddaughter there today and got charged $125. She got a relaxer a trim in style.

VERY RUDE stylists, I was turned away when they were empty because they said they wouldn’t have time to finish my hair (over 2 hours before close) and told to come back the next day a little earlier (as fast as I could after work). I came today, earlier, and was turned away again. They just don’t want to do a perm, a service they say they offer…I’ve gotten a number of perms and it has never taken that long.
