Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been to the salon multiple times in the last few weeks, family of 5 all of us got cuts, my daughters hair was heavily died and long. The stylist recommended cutting it and starting over, and you anticipate being able to trust your stylist so we did. I came back a week later to get my hair black with blond highlights. By the time the stylest had “lifted” my hair to go black???? It was more fried than my daughters was. To touch my hair it was just falling out. This is partly to do with Reid the manager continually pulling the stylest away to do other things reid didnt want to do as well the hostile work environment created from continually repremanding both of the other stylists in the middle of the salon in front of myself as well as other clients.Several months later with patients chin had with covid-19 and the over month long wait prior to covid today I stopped in same rude manager is back in salon, out of the conditioner they said I needed to use and I still have hair that not only looks the color of straw but isn’t far off! I have been to the salon multiple times in the last few weeks, family of 5 all of us got cuts, my daughters hair was heavily died and long. The stylist recommended cutting it and starting over, and you anticipate being able to trust your stylist so we did. I came back a week later to get my hair black with blond highlights. I ask a Mr Reid Rudisill for his honest opinion on how much to cut off of my hair due to breakage. He took time with me and make sure I was understanding that at least 4in needed to be cut in order for my hair to grow back correctly. He also advised me to use a old tee shirt to dry my hair as a regular towel added to breakage. I was very pleased with the personal experience he gave me and would recommend him to any of my friends.

I went in on Friday to get a haircut. The top of my hair looks like she put a bowl on it! Am here today, THE VERY NEXT DAY, to get it fixed. THEY OPEN AT 11 AND THE GIRL DIDNT SHOW UP TILL 11! NEVER AGAIN! I’m going to Great Clips. Has to be better than this!
