I walked in and made my Mom an appointment for that same day. When I came back to check her in the girl said she didn’t have us down for an appointment and couldn’t do her hair. She is the one who was asked if she could do her hair but then lied and said she couldn’t when we came back. Then said she didn’t remember talking to us. So My Mom who is 83yrs old and doesn’t get out much was very upset she didn’t get her hair done. This is definitely not good customer service!!

Had my daughter’s hair cut here over the summer. Just a little trim and it was uneven, stray pieces longer than others all over. The lady was older who did her hair and I dont recall her name. It was an easy trim, straight across and she cut things all jagged. Very dissatisfied. Had to do it myself when we got home .

My boys had a haircut today. one cut was done and the stylist asked me if I want his hair shampoo “no charge”. So I said okay. Second one done was worst than any rookie stylists or self home cuts you could get from your own grandma. upon check out, I was charged totaling $26 because $5.98 was added for shampooing. will never go there again.

Only one person working when I went there. I stood there for 10 mins before she even spoke. Looked at my daughter’s hair with disgust and said it would be a 2 hour wait before she could get to anyone else but went by 30 mins later and she had other customers she was working on. I don’t know her name but was working July 26 at 11am.
