I made an appointment online for 1:40 and arrived there early to only find out that my appointment didn’t mean anything because as I was told they don’t do any online appointments anymore. Which is not my doing. I made an appointment took a day off work to have my hair done. Only to come back on 2 hrs! The salon lady gave me an excuse that a lady walk in decide to do her hair and make me come back in 2 hrs! She did not honor my appointment at all! And expected me to come back. I am upset about this and WILL NOT go back to that salon ever again!

I have never got my hair done there but went with a friend who got hers cut and the stylist was super nice and fun. Had a great attitude but my friend wasnt really happy with her cut. She wanted a lot of layers and got one layer instead. Overall for th cheap price and great stylists they have I would definately go when I am ready for a cut!

The ching ching lady Mary did my sister’s hair with an attitude. She tell you that you are good and don’t pay then take people to court. She lies and don’t know how to do hair at all. Can’t even remember to tell a customer to pay even when the customer told her they hadn’t paid. Stay away from them beginner hairstylist.
