I was new to the area, and had hoped I found a place to get my hair done instead of traveling out of state to my hair stylist I’ve been seeing for 11 years. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted, a spiky pixie cut with layers and long bangs, and she gave me a men’s bowl cut. A different employee there tried to fix it to the best of her ability, but she cut it so short it was barely fixable. I later found out that this was not the first time this employee screwed up and was close to being fired.

I went it for highlights and a trip it took her about 4 hours and it looks nothing like the picture I showed her and when I was going to pay she was over charging me and gave me attitude when I corrected her. I do not recommend coming here for a color look but they’re haircuts aren’t bad

I showed the person cutting my hair a picture of what i wanted. She said she could do it , so i believed her. When I sat down on the chair I felt like this was going to be bad. She never asked me about anything she was doing and i ended up with VERY thin horribly layered hair with bangs! In the picture I showed her THERE WAS NO BANGS NO LAYERS AND IT WASNT THINNNNNN! And I have very thick hair! PLEASE NEVER GO HERE!
