Had a wonderful time here. Good Customer service is hard to find these days especially by someone that is respectable . While the manager carsharee was cutting, styling and coloringn my hair I felt as if I was listened to & she understood exactly what I was asking her for . As a African American woman it is so hard to find someone to cater to my color & keeping my curls healthy/happy. I really appreciate you and will be back.

I told her I wasnt staying in there and she said you need a mask. I told her some nice so words. I don’t need a mask. I told her I didn’t need to use her business also. Overall customer service needs a boost, however, my stylist Sarah was pleasant but very inexperienced. The prices are too expensive for the service bc they don’t really use salon products. My scalp was very flaky just a few hours after leaving there. I attempted to call several times, no answer and when I stopped by the very next day, they were closed. I was very disappointed with my hair style and scalp especially after specifically advising her beforehand.

The stylist was wonderful and there wasn’t any waiting which was great since it was my 2 year old getting his hair cut. She listened to me about his fears and talked to him the whole time she was cutting his hair. I was very vague about how I wanted his hair cut yet she still did a fantastic job!
