I have dealt with your rude stylist for the last time. 4 times in the last 2 weeks, I have attempted to get a shampoo and cut. Every single time EVERY SINGLE TIME, the shop has been empty of customers. Yes, I am a walk-in. You have signs saying walk-ins welcome. Everytime I have been told ,with an empty shop, that they can’t see me until a later day. Today the black lady stylist was standing by the computer, so I tried again only to be told I could be seen tomorrow. I replied no one is here. She very rudely said well I am in lunch. Points then taps her makeshift sign. Well sign says 30 minutes. Sign was there 45 minutes earlier when I came in. And she was still standing there then. I will never try to use your service again.

Called in the morning to make an appointment. Showed up on time and Kim made a smart remark to a coworker about being busy and how she wanted a lunch break and they were so busy. I made me feel very uneasy and most certainly unwanted. She then began talking with the lady sitting in the chair at the time about how her coffee was cold and she was hungry. I’m sorry that you didn’t take a lunch break and your coffee was cold, but that is no way to treat people. Be grateful that your schedule is packed and you are making a living. I am a nurse and go whole shifts with no bathroom break and definately no food break, but I would never treat my patients or their families that way. Most certainly unappreciated. The only reason there is 3 stars is because she did a great job with the cut, after the comments.

Went by to get my hair cut 6pm. They close at 9pm 3 hours before closing and was turned away? I saw at least 2 people or employees standing around doing nothing?? So I called back at 645pm and was told no again and the reason being is they had 2 coloring jobs ? Seems like this location doesn’t want to take care of there walk in customer at all. I didn’t mind waiting I was simply told no.. poor poor management skills and or customer service!!
