Came in looking like a rag doll, left looking like a Barbie! Absolutely amazing service. These reviews some people put down are down right lies! All staff was excellent in the customer service department, I mean professional and I especially appreciate that the place was clean and always sanitized. Moneit permed, washed, dried and flattened my hair and gave me a bob cut! She also waxed my eyebrows. It was a little pricey but the service was top notch so I can look past that!

I come here on a more or less regular basis, Came in to get a haircut, the girl who was working with me seemed new but was doing a good job with keeping it the way i wanted, her coworker came to finish up my hair and since i wear glasses i could not see what she was doing due to my poor vision. She had taken more off than i had asked for and said it was just straighting it up. I should not have had someone else take over for her.

Got here at an hour before closing, place is empty, no one at the front desk even. Karen tells me they’re not taking any more appointments today and refused, I was a bit confused why the business hours say that they’re open until 6 and when I called they said they stop taking customers at 6.
