This place is horrible. Don’t waste your time or money going to this place. This is the second time messing up my hair. Maybe if they didn’t talk so much while they worked they would be able to pay attention to what they are doing. Needles say I will never come back this place an will forever go to holiday hair in meadow brook mall. Bc at least they actually pay attention to what they are doing. These people just chop your hair without a care in the world. I don’t see how they are still in business they would just be better off to shut down. What a disappointment.

I have had my hair cut here before and had an amazing cut. This time when I went in to get it cut, I wanted a specific cut. When asked what style I wanted, I was rudely told that it wouldn’t look good if I didn’t straighten it every morning, that it would look like a “bowl”! I said I wanted it razored and layered as much as possible, and again, rudely, I was told..I’m not gonna razor your hair!” I said, well, then no thank you!

Critical: Quality, ValueI have a memorial I have to go to today. Came in at 8:00 when I was scheduled to have my hair curled. I had a reference photo. She says “yeah I can do that.” I’m in the chair maybe 30 minutes and she says I’m done. I have thick hair and knew 30 minutes wasn’t going to cut it. I looked horrible like I just walked in not walking out. I asked about why it looked like that and she said “that’s what I can do”. I went home and straightened my hair. $28 for barely any work. Same stylist both times. First was not horrible but not great. Second was just ridiculously uneven. Come on and put some pride into your work. She was too busy dying her own hair I guess. I was very skeptical when I walked in saw her in the chair getting her own hair dyed, but I give second chances. Never again, I’ll get it fixed elsewhere.
