Critical: Quality, ValueMy hair is chopped… I have literally cried since I got home and got to really look at it… it honestly was not worth half the amount I just paid. My hair was halfway down my back and is now barely past my shoulders and is over and inch longer on one side. It is so choppy I am going to have to get it cut another inch or 2 just to fix it. I went in today to get 2 inches off, I just wanted a trim to get the dead ends tamed. They absolutely butchered my hair. It’s not cut evenly, she thinned the bottom out, the front is longer than the back, and she didn’t even take the full 2 inches off. If I wasn’t required to give at least one star to write a review i wouldn’t. Honestly this place is terrible
