I usually bring my son to Lula. She has been the only one to cut my sons hair whom is 2yo. I actually followed her to this location from her previous employer, she’s amazing with him and does a great job, she alone deserves all 5 stars and more. The reason for this 3star is this; I decided last minute to try to get my son in before his birthday party this Saturday. I called to try to see if she was available today and she happened to be off today. I had to go to Walmart for a few things so I thought we would just do a walk in with someone else even though I would prefer to have lula.There was 2 women there I asked if they would be able to get him in. She said we’ll she (the other stylists) is doing a color and the woman I spoke to had person in her chair and one man was sitting in the waiting area chair. She said it would be about 5:30-6p before they could seat my son this was at 4p so i said ok no problem. I did the shopping I needed to do(about 30mins) and when I walked by as I was leaving the only one working was the stylist doing the color. The other was just sitting. I feel like she just didn’t want to do the walk in on a toddler. I understand that she could have had an appointment she was waiting on but still feel she could have got him in but just didn’t feel like doing it. I’ll still be coming to see Lula for my son as like I said she is great with him, ill just have to be sure to make an appointment with only her.

I signed in to have my haircut and the personnel seemed extremely nice and were going to work me in shortly. Two people were in chairs and i was told 20 to 45 minutes. Returning a bit later, I found one person remaining and ” the manager ” sweeping up. I asked to sit.she was reluctant. Then in front of myself and the other client dressed down the other hair dresser. Complaining about work she was doing that she expected to have been done in her absence very sternly degrading the employee in front of clients. I got up and gently told them I did not need a haircut that badly. I called back to the business and asked to speak to the manager to ask that she kindly address her employees in private. She told me it was all a joke.
