Jan is wonderful! We have been to various salons she has worked at and she does a great job. The other staff here are also polite and friendly. Prices are reasonable as well. They do things on a walk in basis but you can make appointments same day.

This is about the salon in Barboursville, WV Walmart. Went there for highlights which was made clear and even in their appointment book said highlights. Kendra only put about 10 foils on top and 1-2 on the side and when she said she was done I told her no that’s not what I asked for. She paid no attention made no effort to say she would fix it, misunderstood or anything. They make you sign a paper of what they quoted you and was 143 or 148 not sure. I got very upset, was crying and everyone knew it. She had already said she stayed up too late the night before then she broke her foil cutter when doing my hair. Then had the nerve to say she gave me a discount and charged me $99. and on the receipt she had partial highlights. I paid it because I figured they would call security and just figured I would contact the company which I did and got no response. I left into WalMart for only a few minutes and was still crying and had to leave the store. Was way to upset to shop.

One of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. Can’t remember her name, I think she was one of the main hairdressers, but she completely screwed up my haircut. All I wanted was a simple haircut, shoulder length with just a few layers. Didn’t realize until I got home that one side was literally and inch and a half shorter than the other. I honestly don’t understand how she could’ve not noticed what she was doing, will never go back there again!!

Came here out of desperation really. My normal barber was out of town and I had to find a last minute haircut. The wait was relatively short and the woman was polite and professional. I keep my hair high and tight with the sides shaved as low as possible. She did a decent job but not the same attention to detail as my normal barber. He goes above and beyond with beard and eyebrow trimming plus haircut for $14. I paid more than that at this salon and didnt get half the detail. But overall she did her job competently and professionally.

15.97 cut doesn’t really exist..I took my son for just hair cut..No shampoo..He hasnt been offered one in last 3 haircuts either. Clippers to back and blend on top is 18.97 haircut which is supposed to include shampoo . I was told he had to have clippers all over for a 15.97 haircut. It’s not what it says on website. Feel bad for you ladies. I will find another place due to false advertising.Also note(edit) They will not give you a straight answer on cost of hair color even looking your hair..IMO if they can add more cost to it they will. have asked multiple people myself about this and my mom just told me she stopped going there because of it.
