Everyone in the staff was nice. Place was clean.. but when I asked my son’s hair to be layered, short ( there are no style books there so that could have been my fault). My little guy came out with shaggy hair and mutton chops around his ears. I didn’t want to complain because at that time cutting my sons’ hair she wasn’t happy with a customer on the phone and she threw the phone behind us on the other hair stylist desk hard. She was very nice, but I did not want to say anything and we tipped, paid and left. I fixed my little guys hair at the end. But on the bright side, my son has thick hair and the hair stylist made it more easy to fix it myself!

I went in today, September 23, 2022 at approximately 5pm for a fairly simple cut. Blunt cut in the back with 2” off and face framing layers. My hair was butchered. The back was cut uneven like shelves and at an angle with the right side cut shorter then the left. The face framing layers looked like steps. I wasn’t about to ask her to fix it or complain because I know it would’ve gotten worse. So, I went to Haircuttery in the Commons and Joanne fixed it. I had to have an additional inch taken off the back and 2” off the front. I will never go back to this Salon again. Not only did I pay full price here but I also paid for the cut at Haircuttery which I was more than happy to do. What a horrible experience.

Can wait until I’m able to get my hair done for the 1st time here and I hope that there is a stylist that actually knows how to cut and style it correctly because if not than I’m going to be at lost for a great hair salon. This one will be the 4th salon in one year and no stylist so far says that they are great and they have no clue how to cut it in a stack and bob style!!!

Just moved here from Pa and needed my hair trimmed up. I showed the stylist pictures of my haircut when it was first cut. I even explained to her that one side covers the ear while the other side is very short. She cut the long side off above the ear! I now have to get my hair recut into a different style to try and fix it. I will Not be returning to this salon

The ladies here are so nice, friendly and personable. My stylist Sharron gave me some great tips on what to do to keep my hair full of life and flake free. The products that they reccomend are the absolute best. The Tea Tree Oil with Lavender and Peppermint Shampoo and the Olive Oil leave in Conditioner are the best products I’ve ever gotten.

I called around to multiple salons in the area because I was trying to get the blue / purple out of my hair, and they all said it would be multiple appointments, and I went into smart style in Walmart on Foxcroft, and explained I wanted to go back to my natural color and get rid of the blue. Because of what I’d been told by other salons I was skeptical about it, but I did it anyways and I’m glad I did.
