Critical: ProfessionalismWalked in for a quick haircut knowing they had appointments available as it stated online. I tried to book online but the system wasn’t allowing any bookings for the day. I tried to book a few days ahead and it still wasn’t allowing me so i know it was a system issue. I was greeted at the front desk and asked what I needed. I stated a quick cut and I was told they had no openings for the day. They closed in a hour and a half. I did see one employee cutting while the other was sitting in a chair. Walked in for a quick haircut knowing they had appointments available as it stated online. I tried to book online but the system wasn’t allowing any bookings for the day. I tried to book a few days ahead and it still wasn’t allowing me so i know it was a system issue. I was greeted at the front desk and asked what I needed. I stated a quick cut and I was told they had no openings for the day. They closed in a hour and a half. I did see one employee cutting while the other was sitting in a chair. Positive: ProfessionalismI stopped by today hoping to not have a wait since I had no appointment. I was in luck as Jessica was open, and I was able to be seen right away. She was professional and friendly. It had been a while since my last cut due to work and covid related issues. I went really short, and I hardly ever let anyone style, it feels so good, and l just want to run my fingers through it. After getting home I played with the cut. What an awesome job she did just from verbally being asked what I wanted. These ladies are working hard with masks and sanitizer all day. This lady deserves a raise!! I stopped by today hoping to not have a wait since I had no appointment. I was in luck as Jessica was open, and I was able to be seen right away. She was professional and friendly. It had been a while since my last cut due to work and covid related issues. I went really short, and I hardly ever let anyone style, it feels so good, and l just want to run my fingers through it.
