Two weeks ago, appointment made, showed up, doors closed and locked. Called the next day to ask what happened, said something came up and they had to leave. Since they don’t take the contact info of appointments, they’re not even able to contact folks if they can’t make it. Went yesterday in the middle of the afternoon, nobody there; called today (noon), nobody there.It’s a shame, too, because they give good haircuts at a reasonable price. In the past I would have given a 5 star rating. But aft today and last wk, it only gets 2 and considered 1 star. We (husband and I) came by, when they were suppose to be open, or use to be, on a monday, and they were closed. I have their app and checked the hrs and it seems it had changed. It said they were closed on mondays.. So we came again at the end of the wk and not open. So i checked on online and it said closed on Mon, open at 10 am on Tue. We drover and waited from 9:30 am and at 10:10 am a Walmart employee came over and asked if she could help us or were we waiting for the shop to open. We told he we were waiting to get h as ir cuts. She appoligized and informed us that all the employees quit and they do send asome over from other areas, but was hit and miss. What really got me was they were not posting that on the app site, nor was there anything posted at the shop to let walk ins know. I got home and went to the web site again, and they then showed the shop was open on Monday and closed for Tue and Wed. We were not the only ones waiting. Really poor ownership and mgt. I am disabled and this experience and inconsistancy is unacceptable.
