Generally when one arrives to a salon, we’d hope the stylist’s hair would be done. In this case, the stylist had hers pulled back into a pony. Now, I have a lot of hair, it’s very thick & curly. The few cuts I’ve experienced where my hair is dry when cut, aren’t very good. This was no exception. She cut my hair dry about 3″. Her layering was sloppy and uneven. I needed a cut on a Saturday and unfortunately this was the only place that answered my call.

I went in there to have my lighter roots match the rest of my hair, which was darker than my roots and the first three times the lady turned my hair orange! They colored my hair four times and still did not match my roots to the rest of my hair! Worst customer service ever! I will never ever go there again, nor will I ever suggest ANYONE goes here!
