Critical: ProfessionalismAshley Baltic cut my hair. Not happy with it at all, she did not even up the sides of the hair cut. It has a chopped up appearance, like a kid got hold of her mom’s scissors. Will not be using her again. She told me about all these prizes for fixing hair, and she did take a lot of photos of the lady before me. Critical: QualityWhoever was working tonight rushed my hair, I had to ask for her to take another look at it, upon which she admitted “Now that she looked at it, she can see where she messed up.” I explained the way my hair is usually cut and but the time I’m done, my hair is thicker on my left side than my right, and on the right side you can clearly see a streak she missed around my head that is clearly longer than the rest. WILL NOT be going back here again, poor customer service that she would try and rush and not even double check to make sure it was even and actually fit my head shape. I used to get my hair cut here regularly before I started shaving my head. I liked the stylists, the were friendly and professional. The prices are pretty standard for a place like this, but maybe a little bit cheaper than many.

I was asked to show them a picture of what I wanted so I felt very confident that I was going to get what I wanted however I left there with something completely different. My hair is at least 6 inches shorted than what I showed her and its nowhere near the same haircut. I’ve tried to be positive over it, because it is hair and it will grow back but it’s just so short that I hate it!! And I can’t get it in a ponytail to even hide this horrible haircut. The lady complained about having a bad day while doing my hair and I didn’t want to make her day worse! I regret ever going in there yesterday. Even more that I didn’t say anything and had to pay for getting my hair chopped off, and this horrible haircut!! The 1st picture is what I showed her that I wanted, the 2nd picture is what I walked out with.
