Beyond terrible customer service and employees who are getting paid to sit around and fix their own hair and stay on their phones. This business in Lebanon really needs to be closed down. Yesterday, I went into smartstyle and I asked the manager if she could color my mom’s hair. She only needed the grey colored on the roots. My mom is in bad health, and she can no longer color her own hair. I wanted to do something special for her, but it’s very hard to get service when the workers would rather fix their own hair and sit there for hours looking at their phones instead of working. The manager said I will ask the other worker if she can do it. She went and asked her and she said no because she didn’t have enough time. We arrived at 3:30 and they didn’t have a single customer from 3:30- 6:00. The other worker was sitting in a chair, curling her own her hair and scrolling through Facebook. The manager said she also couldn’t color my mom’s hair, and she ended up leaving early. She was very unprofessional .

I called and booked an appointment for my two boys to get their hair cut a few days ago and mind you we live an hour away. When we show up, it turns out the lady that booked our appointment quit and they had no idea we were coming! They couldn’t find any information about us and we had to leave without getting my boys’ hair cut. Absolutely last resort hair cut for a male on two occasions when no other salons could get him in. Terrible. They need to learn how to blend. Both times there were harsh lines visible. The last time they were requested to fix it & still couldn’t fade it. Both times they were given pictures to go by and the cuts have never looked anything like the photos.

Don’t waste your time going to get a haircut from this place the girls that work there are hideous could not shave a dog without messing it up they got attitude like their hairdressers if there hairdresser’s I’m a airplane pilot everyone walks out of that place looks like dumb and dumber buy you a bowl and cut around it save yourself a trip to this place they bring a whole new meaning to bad hair day
