I went yesterday for a simple cut. Nothing fancy. I wanted about 6 inches of dead hair cut off and some layers. After almost an hour in Linda’s chair I had the most ragged hack job I’ve ever seen. Was so upset I finally told her to just stop. Called this morning and spoke wit Destiny. She told me to come in and she would try to fix it. Destiny did a great job. From what I understand Linda has many many complaints. My question is why is she still there? Linda needs to go. She doesn’t listen or do as you ask. She just does what she wants. Manager needs to do better.

I went yesterday to get my hair cut at this location..Christian butchered my hair! The cut was awful! Each side uneven the back not even! I could of cried! I came back today & Destiny fixed the mistakes and I really appreciate her taking the time to fix it the best she could. She deserves a big thank you!! I do not recommend going to Christian period! I do recommend the Manager hiring more people like Destiny who genuinely loves her job! Management needs to pay attention to these people they hire!!! Shame on you Management! I will be reporting further up the ladder!

We bring our son here all the time to get a haircut and most of the time have a great experience and he enjoys getting his hair cut. Today there was an older lady there and she acted very frustrated that she had to cut his hair. My son wasnt sitting still but hes only 2 she had no patience with him and was a bit rude towards him us because he wasnt being completely still will not be getting our sons haircut here again if she is the only option id rather cut it myself.

Critical: ProfessionalismMade an appointment for 2:30pm. Arrived at 2:21, person working advised me she would not be able to do my appointment at 2:30 because she had someone coming in at 2:45.
