I called to make an appointment, and asked for a certain stylist. Instead I was shuffled off to someone else. The day of my appointment, I came prepared. I wanted a perm with lots of volume, and showed the girl multiple, close-up pictures of what I wanted, as well as a thorough verbal description. I included pictures of my own hair curled and styled the way I desired. It was frustratingly obvious that she wasn’t really listening. I explained that I expected my hair to be cut to accommodate the height and volume I desired, and asked if I could still have some length. Explained that have very straight, fine hair which was rather resistant to being curled. I’m 45, and have had multiple perms throughout my life, so knew that what I was asking for was nothing crazy, because I’d had it done perfectly before. It wasn’t anything complicated for a stylist to do. My chair was swiveled away from the mirrors, and I wasn’t even aware of her cutting it; she told me afterward. I tried to make small talk, and she was bizarrely unaware of even the most ubiquitous facts. She didn’t dry my hair, so there was really no way for me to tell what the finished look was.

My hair cut wasn’t bad, but shorter than I had said I wanted it. I only wanted a cut and color which the pricing was 49.95 , however when I checked out I found myself paying 95 dollars. They did services that were an extra charge and never told me. My hair doesn’t look like the color I wanted, my cut is way too short, and hair dye was left Ann over my forehead and sides of my face. I will NEVER go back here. Thanks for messing up the way I look.

I took my mom here to get her hair cut for mother’s day, & I got my hair cut and dyed as well, they messed up both of our hair, terribly. They gave my mother a mullet, it’s short on the top and long on the bottom, it looks like a mans haircut, they colored my hair the wrong color, my hair is uneven on the bottom, the bangs are uneven & the “layers” look like a kindergartner did them. I do not recommend this place to anyone, I tried to do something nice for my mom & now I feel terrible because we both walked out of there looking like clowns. I wish I could post a picture of have they butchered my hair.

Not my first choice when I need a good haircut, actually, it’s my last choice. It’s like they’re all robots and not really interested in customer service. They care more about tips and will let you know it….don’t waste your time and frustration and just go elsewhere.
