I went in to get an undercut fixed and Rochelle did an AMAZING JOB fixing a very bad undercut. She did such an amazing job and was so friendly!!! HORRIBLE customer service. Do not go unless you intentionally want to ruin your hair. Two weeks before my wedding the stylist turned my hair orange! The week of my wedding she bleach my whole head three time in about 4 1/2 hours. Not at all what I wanted. My hair is now Barbie doll yell and FRIED!! My hair is crunchy! District Manager issued me a refund of only $50 even though I paid double that. Takes them two weeks to get back to you about fixing their mistakes. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Got my son’s hair cut at Great Clips. Done it a couple times before. But this time the woman just destroyed his hair. Awful. I wanted to get a sprial perm, well talisa told me it’d come out fine and not to worry . I paid $70 itself for just the perm and then another $40 for shampoo she said I needed . So anyways she did my hair only out one bottle of solution in my hair instead of 2 , washed it all out and combed AND brushed through my whole head after “ curling “ it! she then told me I needed a trim I said ok that’s fine then couldn’t brush through my hair because she said “ it was all mush “ so then she took off about 3-4 inches of my hair and on top of it all my hair is now all damaged, I do not even have a perm all I have is volume in my hair , I cannot brush through it and my hair cut isn’t even at all the left side is longer than the right . they said they won’t give me a refund and there is nothing they can do! That will be the last time I ever go there!

Was at walmart shopping around 12. And made an appointment at 2 on a sunday. Went to the salon at 2 and they said that they wern’t ready. Till i went to cabelas and back they were finally ready to cut my hair at 4. 2 hours after i made an appointment. The haircut was horrible and rushed. Lady was blabbing with her coworker and not paying attention to what she was cutting. Terrible customer service and not friendly. Will not go back again.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to get my hair done at this place I specifically asked for red yellow and Orange strips in my hair I even showed the girl a picture she said OK and gave me the book of colors to choose what I wanted I sat there for 2 hours waiting for colors to appear in my hair Then paid extra for a trim .. my hair was literally a tint of red not one strip of yellow or orange barley see the red .. she didn’t even wash all the shampoo out .. i wasnt gonna complain until i realized the trim was HORRIBLE! i straightened my hair to see it was not even close to being straight .$91 down the drain ..
