Years ago ,2015 , I went in for my first haircut. I loved the service I received so much, the condition of the salon and how well I was treated by the staff – I became an employee at that time. Although I am no longer employed by Smart Style, I still go to the store to shop or get a new cut. I will always recommend Smart Style and their talented stylists. They go above and beyond for the clientele.

I always make an appointment no matter if it’s a hair cut or color. This morning I made an appointment for 12 p.m. for.color. I get here at 11:55 a.m. and the lady who greeted me was very rude shes at the 1st station by the register. Then I tell her I have a 12 appointment to get my hair colored. She rudely says theres going to be a long wait because theres 2 people waiting and I’m coloring right now. I said how long is the wait because I have an appointment for a reason. She then ask the other hair salon lady how long she says 20 minutes. It’s been over 20 minutes and I’m still waiting. Why do you have freaking appointments if you aren’t going to keep them??????

They rarely have appointments when I call. They say walk ins welcome but I think they’re short staffed some days so a walk in wouldn’t be possible if you cant even make an appointment. I have gone here for eyebrows and they do a good job.

Nice job with the hair. Make sure to call ahead and make an appt. It gets pretty busy and they might not be able to quickly get you in. Based on today’s visit, it looks like they have a couple of positions that they are looking to fill. This store is located inside the walmart inside the entrance on the right side of the building.

If giving no stars was an option , I’d choose that . Last time I was here , the girl who was supposed to do my hair never showed up for work . They had me sit for an hour & a half , then told me they couldn’t even do my hair because nobody was free to do it . Currently sitting in here ONCE AGAIN , my appt was at 4 . It’s already 5 & nobody is even close to starting my hair .
