This place is always busy and they never have enough staff I needed to get my kids haircut so I called as soon as they opened and made an appointment. They asked me a time I told them they said okay. I showed up 10 minutes early 1 rolls around and The Stylist tells me it’s going to be another 20 to 30 minutes before she’s going to be able to get to me. I explained to her that I had made an appointment and she looked at me and said I understand but we’ve been busy. To me this kind of customer service is not acceptable if I make an appointment I expect to be seen at that appointment time a stylist should have had that time set aside walk-ins or not it’s respect for the clientele when they call you and set up a specific time that you agree to I ended up walking away and I will not go back there again

We have gone to Kina for years and only go to Kina because she listens to what style we are looking for and gives her suggestions and advice regarding the haircut and product to use For styling for the best result! She is very personable and fun to talk to. She always asks how my family is doing and what’s going on in our lives. If you want an exceptional haircut along with a great experience, ask for Kina. And the salon reserves appointments, which is absolutely wonderful! My son drives home from college just to get his haircut from Kina. That in itself speaks volumes to the care and attention she gives and you will look amazing!
