Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueKathy did a beautful job the first time I went. She was attentive and welcoming. Where I can be a little shy and socially anxious something as simple as getting your hair done can be nerve-wracking.So this time when I went a lady named Cali did my hair. if they try to schedule you with her DO NOT I repeat DO NOT let her come near your hair. Went in to do a bleaching and a trim and she rushed through the whole process. Literally spent 3-4 minutes trimming parts of my hair instead of matching sides and paying attention to detail. The length looks much worse than it did before.There were clumps of bleach still left in my hair and ears I noticed after I already left. I scheduled 2 days in advance, still she made me feel like a burden to her schedule and was completely impersonable even though I try to be kind to literally any person I meet.I feel like i wasted my money on her services particularly.Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloringKathy did a beautful job the first time I went.
