I have been going to this salon for 3 yrs now. Went to a few girls until I got to sara. Sara was new out of school when she first started my hair. Over the next few months I watched my cuts get better each time. Then Covid hit. When the salon reopened she was managing! Awesome. I saw that woman run around that place short staffed, busy every time I was in. But she always had an amazing attitude and was great with customers. Well I was upset to find out last week that she had left. I spoke with a girl I guess the new manager (as she stated) she informed me sara had been let go and that she has more experience than sara and would take me on as a client. First of all UNPROFESSIONAL! Second of all sara is why I kept coming there! I truly hope that this new manager gets off her high horse soon!

Not sure who the new manager is or why she is so rude. I recently called to make an appointment, come to find out my favorite stylist isn’t there anymore. I proceed to explain to the new manager what I am looking for and the attitude that came from this woman! Unacceptable!!!!! You don’t treat someone like that over the phone or in person. I will be making sure I no longer go back or have anyone I know go back there either. Such a toxic place!!!!

Went here for YEARS, always had Amber, but then she left.I then tried Heather and she was fantastic, for some reason she left. Decided to try Sara, not nearly as good , but acceptable. I find out today that she also left.I admit I am picky with my haircut, so I stick with the same person when I find one that I like. I think this salon has a revolving door for the employees, which makes me think there are many problems that customers don’t see. After going here for 12+ years, I will be going elsewhere to establish myself as a client because the anxiety of having a different hair stylist every time I walk in is too much. Also, very unprofessional for stylists to be complaining about each other while cutting your hair. This salon is TOXIC.

Made an appointment to get my hair cut after a few days of trying to get in. Come in to the gates close and no notice or reason why. Even online it says open until 7. I left work to get my hair cut but had to back afterwards. It was a waste of my time to drive all the way here and have to turn right around. I work in customer service and this is absolutely unacceptable, at least post a sign.

I was told to come on in after I told them I booked appointment online.
