Arrived at my cut and dye appointment with my cousin who also had a haircut appointment at the same time. Was met with nothing but attitude, and rude service. They insisted that manic panic, the semi-permanent dye I had in my hair would not come out and would lead to my hair “disintegrating” (exact word) and they wouldn’t be touching my hair because “we are professionals here” (attitude implied with that one). I wouldn’t be mad if they had asked me all the questions over the phone like “do you have any dyes in your hair”, or, “what colors are you looking for” (because they didn’t even have the color I was looking for in stock, so I would have been screwed either way). That paired with the attitude made me and my cousin beyond upset. My cousin was going for curtain bangs after being scared to do anything with her hair afraid it would be ruined, only for her fears to come true and for them to mess it up, as well as mess up my haircut. 2 haircuts messed up, 2 different people, 2 different stylists.

Kim was great! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole haircut. I do suggest making an appointment online or calling ahead because there was a wait and they were very busy. I would definitely go see Kim again. It’s also just very convenient to get my hair taken care of and grocery shopping all in one.

Honestly one of the best hair salons I’ve been to. They did a fantastic job on my sisters hair when she was covering up a bad highlighting job. Only reason i didn’t give 5 starts is because the wait is usually very long. It’s usually worth the wait and the prices are very reasonable.

Worst hair cut ever. I told the stylist wanted my hasir chin length she cut the first part up by my chin so had to do the rest that length. Then it wasn’t straight. The more she tried to fix the worse she was making it. I had to go to another salon to fix and have extremely short hair now. Then they expected me to pay for the mess and tried to sell me hair products to boot.
