Good for a quick cut. Still seem to be dealing with staffing shortages. This site is probably due for a remodel. Friendly staff. Call for an appointment. Unlikely to get in as a walk-in. Online registration is real hit and miss. Call the landline.

As some others have mentioned here, the appointment system is pretty frustrating. I booked an online appointment, and when I arrived, I was told to go ahead and wait and I would be seen shortly. 10 minutes later, when the stylist finished her current customer, she mentioned she couldn’t fit me in because the other stylist didn’t show, and there were others before me, including walk-ins. She also mentioned there was another appointment that she had to honor in 20 minutes, which further confused the situation. It was unclear why she could honor the walk-ins and the future appointment, but not my own.

Booked appointments online for 8am and 8:15am to get my son’s haircuts on 8/27/22. Sign says open at 8am, we waited for 20 minutes and nobody ever bothered showing up. Don’t post hours of operation and appointment times if you can’t keep them!

First off, we tried to make an appointment online for 2 days and couldn’t. So we called and spoke to someone who made us an appointment for 2pm for 2 people. My wife said our names 3 times to the woman and said 4 times to her that it was for 2 people. So how can you get that wrong? Well they did, we got there at 2pm and signed in and the woman said there is only an appointment for 1 person. There was nobody after us and they refused to sign me in. There was nobody else waiting in the salon either. Will never go back there again. And I am writing this to corporate also.

Laura did a great job BUT overcharged me! I did not get a shampoo only cut And she also charged me extra 2.00 I guess for drying it so I wouldn’t freeze while shopping. jeez.. I didn’t notice and still gave her a nice tip. They should have pricing upfront!!

Critical: CleanlinessI took my daughter here for a haircut and she refused to stay. The place was extremely dirty. All the shelves and product had layers of dust on them. I am allergic myself and I broke out in hives just sitting there waiting for the appointment. The staff was nice, but she refused to stay just because of the look of the place.

I messed up and put overtone hair color in myself and needed help getting it out of my porous hair. That’s on me. The lady who helped me (orange bob) was really nice about it, and showed me a couple products that could help and then offered to wash my hair to clarify it, she did a great job. The other woman who came out of the back room (blonde) who I assume is her superior, was rude and gave me and my stylist a nasty look when she told her what she was doing and then ask me ( the customer!) “why would you do that to your hair?”. Did not enjoy her company but the orange haired girl was very sweet.

The haircut itself was decent and the stylist friendly but I don’t enjoy being ripped off. I got a simple buzzcut without a shampoo, which should fall under the express cut. I was charged for a shampoo and cut. I just moved into the area and am searching for a decent place to get my hair cut. Congratulations on ripping me off for three dollars, but considering I won’t be coming back because I got ripped off, you probably should have thought long term customer instead of short term cash grab. And I wouldn’t trust the five star review here because they have signs up at every booth for a 10% coupon in exchange for 5 star reviews on either Facebook, Twitter, or Google.
