Which is only a LITTLE BIT! Its so rare to find somebody who actually listens and works with you to make you happy. Today I had my highlights done with her and I am utterly in love!!! She did a fabulous job!! You bet I’m going back.The salon is clean, organized, and if you are lucky they even take walk ins. However I recommend you make an appointment before going, to ease their workload. It can get quite busy in there and it would make it run smoother for the hairstylists if you schedule ahead of time, and don’t interrupt them when they are clearly working with a client. They are super cute and they will assist but I’m sure is super tiring for them.I have been a client of Regis salons since 2008 and I get super giddy when I find one location (they are very rare nowadays). The only one I knew that was left in CT was in Trumbull, so to find one close to home was a triple win. Keep up the great work guys! Thank you for your amazing services! The way I found this please was quite serendipitous, and it’s definitely no turning back. I looove love love Gina’s work, you can truly see she is talented at what she does. She is honestly the first hair stylist in my 30 years of life that actually cut my hair as much as I wanted. Which is only a LITTLE BIT! Don’t go! Went there this past Saturday. Took a shower this morning and I can’t even style it! Disappointed completely. Shampoo & cut $33.97 not including the tip. Prices are not posted in store. The lady was friendly and kind. However she had to keep leaving me to answer the phone, check people out, get change. I understand that the place was busy but they should have a dedicated receptionist. Then the stylist would have been able to pay more attention.

Was scheduled to have my hair done, sadly the water went out and I was never notified. Even when I called ten minutes beforehand. When I arrived I stood at the desk for more then ten minutes and eventually just started looking at products out of boredom and got a can I help you from a stylist. Finally noticed after twenty minutes. They did reschedule me but I don’t think I’ll try to go back. Didn’t get a welcoming first try. Maybe in time I’ll try again but who knows maybe there’s a stylist with the golden scissors in there but I’ll never know.

My wife and I travel from Middletown NY to see Lisa. We go for cut, color, styling and eyebrow waxing. She is absolutely fabulous! She is knowledgeable, talented and always wants to be sure you are 100% happy with everything. I appreciate that she takes the time to explain processes and what will be involved. I have allowed her to be creative and do what she thought was best and have never once been disappointed. Whether we do long layers or decide to cut off 3-4 inches I am always happy with the end result. She is a true talent and I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair. If her schedule is booked and it takes a while to get in her chair trust me it is well worth the wait. She is a true treasure!
