Mariah gave me the worst haircut of my life. Definitely does not know how to cut layers into long hair. Can’t even wear my hair down. And can’t be fixed without chopping it at the shoulders. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Went in to just get some highlights, and it was an awful experience. Stylist did not talk to me, nor was her full attention given while she was doing my hair. She was focused on helping a coworker with her hair. What’s more, I specifically asked for subtle highlights, and showed various picture examples. I understand that my hair would not be exactly like I showed, but essentially, the top part of my dark brown hair is a horrid shade of orange (again, understandable), but it looks like it is all dyed rather than just some subtle highlights. I am very disappointed with my experience here, since I have only ever been here. The only reason that I am giving 2 stars, is that Melissa did an amazing job on my mom’s full color.

I’ve come here many times and been in love with my haircut but today I waited forty five minutes past my scheduled appt for my stylist to finish her previous client. Then she started chopping my hair off and kept going even after I asked her to stop. I even had a photo reference of MY OWN HAIR from the last time I got it cut. The two are completely different. My hair is far shorter than I asked for. And I can’t do anything except wait for it to grow now. I will not be going back.

Have been going to this salon for a while now. I always get a low fade and a shape up from the stylist Faith. She takes excellent care of my hair each and every time. I definetly would suggest going to this salon for just about anything lol. They always welcome you with open arms and it seems more like their passion instead of just their job. Better than barber shops. 5 star service.

From what i’ve Heard in the past the service has been questionable. But now after hiring a few new key stylists, especially the young lady Faith who does my retwist, the service is so much better. The professionalism that she adds to the establishment along with her multi-faceted stylistic ability add to overall ambiance and expectation of the shop. I recommend that you give them a try.
