I had come here twice before both times to the same lady and she did an amazing job. This time I went and a different lady did it and butchered my hair cut. I have a mohawk and I did not want her to touch the top of my hair at all. Instead of separating my mohawk from the side of my hair that I wanted cut. She pulled the top of my hair down took the razor and cut a straight line. It was so choppy I left in tears. I had to go to another salon to get my hair fixed. And now I’m waiting to see they will give me my money back but so far no response.

I had my hair puffy afro with curls I went over there just to cut my ends and make my hair even she washed it and rinse it I don’t know what else she did when I got home and wet my hair again to see how my curls look with my new cut my curls went away now everytime I wet my hair it just stay straight no curls no Afro no nothing I don’t know what she did to my hair didn’t like the service at all.

I don’t mean to come off in a rude manor but, I will never be coming to this salon again. I told the lady I just wanted 2 inches off, NOTHING ELSE. She then told me I would look good with layers and i told her She can do some but don’t make them too short. She proceeded to cut off 4 inches instead because she said long layers wouldn’t fit my hair right. She used a spray bottle full of “water” but when I got home My hair got really itchy and I was pulling huge flakes of skin out of my hair. And I do not have dandruff so I do blame that “water spray”. I just didn’t have a good experience especially because I didn’t get my hair cut the way I, the customer wanted. I ended up walking out of there with my hood up because I look like John Lennon.

For the record I’ve never publicly reviewed a business in my entire life. And maybe the woman doing my hair was having a bad day, or she doesn’t excel at cutting men’s hair, but my hair is now jacked up. It didn’t come out close to how I wanted it, the sides of my head weren’t cut evenly, there’s a dramatic change in length on my bangs going left to right (like a right angle), and now I’ve already scheduled a haircut somewhere else so it doesn’t look totally awful. I’ve taken two chances at Walmart and both have been catastrophes. Unless you like gambling, or personally know someone that works there that can do a great job, please go to a local salon or barber that you can trust.

My husband was just in and they had a new person working that totally butchered his hair and said she just watches videos and didnt learn much at school. I think that when hiring they should have more training and being watched to be able to rectify the mess that is my husbands haircut. She couldnt even cut the bottom back even straight across the neck. The price they charge is crazy for what he got we usually go to lehighton but unfortunately stopped here because we were in the area. The girl that has been working there tried to at least fix what she could but it was too late.

Haircuts vary from stylist to stylist. If u like how someone cuts your hair u can get their card and request them. Depending on when u go there, there is not a long wait. My 2 local ones r in Wal-Mart’s and they r very nice and professional.
