My toddler had great haircut at this place with two different ladies in the past. Except yesterday the lady was not nice at all. No smile. Keep telling my 2 years old he can’t move and he has to look straight and look down. He was sitting pretty good for his age. And I found out she scratched behind his ear when we got home. I know accident happens and I won’t blame her but I think at least she should let me know and say sorry about that.

Went in around an hour before close. The blonde girl said she had already counted her drawer so she couldn’t give me a simple male haircut. Then about an hour later after I was done shopping, she was still there “open” just standing around talking to a Walmart associate. I assume because she is required to stay till closing. After I have been disrespected like that, I will never go this salon again.

I went in to get a shampoo cut and style I ask how long I was told 45 minutes but there was 3 stylists everyone was on their phones so I said ok an hour had passed and still they were still on their phones hmmm they lost my business and whom ever would have done my hair would have gotten a good tip so not only did they lose out on money for the company but they lost out on a nice tip they need to put away their phones and get to work

I am in line and a older woman just wanted her her washed and styled. It was before 4pm. They gave me a 5:30 appointment. That was to color and cut. 5:30 came the older woman was not done yet. She went to pay and said to me that it took so long. Hairdresser cam and said that I will clean up first. Came back I repeated what I had said to the other hairdresser which she said they can do me then and are open to 8pm. Noooo. We can only cut your hair. We have appointments. Well sitting there the phone was ringing and people looking right at them to get their done and neither one would move, but would look at each other. I was disgusted by the way the one hairdresser wearing her shirt that started up to her breasts. Putting in another woman’s face. So it was going on to almost 6pm I was passed. As my hairdresser closed due to emergency. Nope, stop going to companies where their workers don’t give a snot!

I’ve been growing my hair out from a buzz for the past year. It was at the point where I could get the top in a mini ponytail. I came in wanting to finally get my bangs cut that I’ve been wanting. get rid of the mullet, and sharpen the sides. I walked out with a sharp point on my forehead, the complete opposite direction from the picture I gave her, and barely there hair on the rest of my head. It was so hard to grow out my hair and now I have to start all over. The only reason I’m giving a two star is because if this was the cut I wanted it would’ve been great.
