Scheduled haircut for my daughter online for back to school. Was told almost immediately when I got there that I shouldn’t book online, most of the time they have to call those people to cancel. She asked if I had the number and I said I could just Google it, she continued to write the number down anyway, i try not to waste paper because i know i will just put it in my phone and throw it out. I should have known then to just leave. We went back, my daughter showed her the pic of what she wanted, were there a few mins and was told that she can’t do it because of my daughter’s dry scalp condition. Mind you that she had a more dramatic cut done before when her condition was much worse. Anyway, she could have just said she was ready to go home bc we went to grab an item in the store and when we walked past where we could see the store, they were already closed before their scheduled close time.

I stopped in on a Sunday spur of the moment. I was visiting from out of state and needed a wash and cut. I luckily got Sharee and couldn’t have been happier. She gave me a perfect cut, just what I asked her to do. Wash and cut price was about $20. I would definitely go again if she was there!

Staff is friendly and they follow the guidelines of the pandemic. It’s pricing however is something to question. Don’t do what I did and assume it’s automatically included like other salons and common sense would apply be in there. Ask for what’s included in the price. They give a total before they start. QUESTION IT!!!
