My step daughter and I came here for a malibu hair treatment, hair cuts and highlights. even though I wasn’t able to get highlights the services were great! I had Jennifer I got a long bob hair cut, she did a really great job considering my hair was so uneven and so damaged from hard water, there were parts at the bottom of my hair that was shorter than the rest she was kind and blended it in with the rest of my hair so I didn’t have to get it cut shorter than I wanted to. She gave me great tips on how to care for my hair and to get it back to being healthy, I recommend Jennifer she is great with hair and she is very kind and friendly. My step daughter had Sandy I also recommend Sandy too. she did a great job on My step daughters hair too. she gave her beautiful highlights and did her best to keep the length I recommend these ladies because they gave us exactly what we asked for and were very kind and curtious. Will go back to Jennifer and sandy. GREAT JOB!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI asked for a trim. They didn’t wash my hair, barely wet it, and butchered up my hair. I was clear that I wanted to keep the length. They didn’t. My oldest saw me and said “your hair is all different lengths”. Sure, layers are all different lengths, but they don’t normally look like a five year old cut my hair.Service: Haircut

The stylist was very nice and knowledgeable but it took forever. She stopped in the middle of coloring my hair to go cut someone else’s hair. It was a long day being that I was there for well over 3 hours.

Put a bag on his head? Of course, wait until it grows back probably beginning of summer… I can’t stand a bad hair cut, and it wasn’t even cheap, my other two kids had a hair cut with and it looks good, I think her name is Jennifer, very pleased with her. My only concern was one of the hairstylists, named Sandy, she didn’t follow directions when I told her what I wanted for my kids hair cut, she did whatever she wanted and messed up his hair, what are we gonna do now? Put a bag on his head? Came here about 9:50 in the morning stood there for a good 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there, They got my name and number and told me it’d be about an hour so I thought okay I’ll just go get something to eat or something, come back an hour later she’s still working on the same person so I sat outside waiting, the person she was working on walks out and she takes someone else, that person gets their hair cut then this lady and her son come in, she give their names and they leave because there’s a wait, then about 30 minutes later the lady and her son come back so I got up in line and she said she was taking them first, so here I am waited 3 hours and ended up just walking away and leaveing with no haircut, they didn’t call me or anything and basically just blew me off and made me waste my time. Definitely not coming back here.
