Booked an online appointment for my daughter over an hour before the available appointment time of 12pm. Once I arrived on time for out scheduled appointment I was told that the online booking doesn’t work right or take already made in store appointments into consideration. I was told that there would be 3 other people ahead of us before we could be seen for the scheduled appointment. We went elsewhere for service. I gave 3 stars purely because the staff that I spoke with in store was pleasant.

I had a formal event to go to and I scheduled my appointment ahead of time and they called me 5 minutes before my arrival time to cancel on me because someone called off. They also couldn’t fit me into another slot until it was too late in the day for me as I would have to rush out of there with no time to finish getting ready. I usually don’t post reviews unless they’re good but I don’t want this to happen to someone else.

If I could give zero stars I would. Who cancels an appointment with a customer five minute prior to their appointment? This place. Had a military event on a Friday evening. Schedule an appointment to have hair done Friday at 1 since we had to leave for the event at 4. Received phone call five minutes prior while on the way there saying they could get me in at 3 and have me out by 4. What kind of business practice is this? Then also sound sarcastic and unapologetic and hang up on me.

I have never ever gotten a haircut that I simply don’t like. I have been going there for over 15 years. I highly recommend. Rachel and Andrea are the best.

Went for a haircut and wound up having to have my head shaved because the girl screwed up and buzzed one side very unevenly. She had the gull to tell me that was my natural hairline… Not only did she lie to me about her mistake, but I wasn’t offered a discount. Very dissapointed, this was the second bad haircut in a row from this location. I will never, ever go back, and I highly recommend spending an extra five dollars to go anywhere else.
