Walked in with my daughters for haircuts before school starts. Alyssa and NaKia cut my daughters’ hair just the way they wanted and their hair looks great. Sara cut my hair. After going home and having my hair dressers correct what she could, some we are going to have to wait a few mo ths to grow out. 1st, she shaved the back of the hairline too far up. 2nd she didn’t cut evenly, asked me if she used a razor. 3rd, she cut without measuring to make sure sides even. Lastly, she didn’t listen at all a out how I wanted it cut. She is an embarrassment to the company.

Their computer had been double booking appointments which they knew about but never looked to see if there were any. Hair cuts are fine; booking your appointment ahead is always a mess. Been going on and off for a year and appointments are never even remotely close to when scheduled. These past few days I’ve been on a strict time schedule and set appointments 30-45 minutes earlier and when I arrived I was told it would be anywhere from 30-60 more minutes. Officially calling it quits with going to wal mart for hair cuts.
