UPDATE Kristy called me and I went in so she could see in person and she was very professional and tried to fix the chop cut and she definitely made it look a lot better even though I have to deal with the shortness of the cut and not getting the look I originally wanted she did a good job making it doable till it grows out! Would not recommend this place at all I went in for a pixie cut and came out with a chop cut it’s way shorter then I aak for because she tried to hide her chops I didn’t not see most of it till I got home! She was by herself and rushing! She set me up a follow up appointment but I will not be returning. Very very disappointed and can’t even go somewhere to get it fixed because it’s not fixable until some hair grows back!

Kristie did my hair and my daughters color today. We went in and my daughter got the exact color she wanted and it was styled very pretty with her long curls. My hair was a wreck to say the least and I told her to do whatever she thought would look nice. I knew I’d need a lot of dead cut off and WOW was I impressed with the transition.
