My stylist was great and very friendly. I didn’t have to wait before she started on my hair. However, I wanted blonde hair and she insisted on giving me full highlights instead since my hair is brown and she didn’t want to use bleach on it. So now $150 later, my hair is still brown and looks like it just has highlights on some parts of my hair and none on the other parts. Not pleased.
