Terrible cut. Claimed blowed dryed hair, did not. Flat ironed it only then cut a un even cut all the way across. I even tipped this girl being nice assuming got a professional cut. 39.00 not even a shampoo. Get home and it looks like she used hedge trimmer all crooked.

As a member of Walmart, I can not believe the treatment they give there. Four times I have walked up on a break in my day to see if I could get in after my shift or the next day.. only to be treated poorly and told they have no openings, as they are laughing and hanging out in the back. Today I had a appointment shecduled and went to check in, the rude girl at the front told me they had no openings and then cancel my appointment. They need to treat customers better.

Critical: QualityHad an appointment booked for 3pm. I arrived at 3:03 where I stood behind an elderly lady until a worker eventually came over and took care of the elderly woman. Upon finishing with her she asked me if she could help me, I said yes I have a scheduled appointment for 3. She said okay, looked at the book and went to speak to another worker. Came back and proceeded to tell me since I was late they couldn’t cut my hair! At this time it was 3:07!!! I said really? I drove an hour to get here, at that time a woman by the name of Carrie came out and said with a nasty attitude, “Look your appointment was at 3, you should have been here then!” I left! First off when arriving 5 minutes before our appointment we were greeted by someone who had a difficult time finding our appointment, another woman approached attempting to help her find it telling me about their crazy new appointment system. the woman continued to look and after asking again suddenly found she it, and they walked off. Then another woman approached asking to help and I told her we were helped but insisted on asking my granddaughters name.

I received my hair coloring last Sunday. Although I am pleased with the hair color, I am very unhappy with the chemical burns left behind. My right ear is painful and oozing, it looks like I have a disease. This is disappointing and frustrating, but not the worst part of this whole process.
