Tianna did my hair a few days ago and she did an excellent job! I highly recommend her as a stylist and this hair salon ! She was very knowledgeable in terms of what I needed to get done to remove hard water damage on my hair and the deep condition / hair mask treatment that my hair needed. She also did a good job in the hair cut . In the end, my hair was very soft with a nice healthy trim ! Loved it! I give her a 10 out of 10. Hit all the makes. A+

Do NOT go here. I had long beautiful hair six inches down my shoulder and I showed a picture to the stylist and she royally messed it up. She took of 7 inches and gave me so many uneven layers on top of that my hair looks choppy as I did it at home my self. I will be wear a hat for the next 2 months. If I could sue a place I would. I have a bob instead of should length hair and it is very frustrating. Layers are uneven and so is my final length. I am going to a salon to go fix it but my long hair is now probably going to go to my ears. Even they realized how bad it was as they didn’t make me pay. DO NOT GO HERE

I’m very particular about certain things. One of these things is hairstylist. Before moving to the area, I had seen the same stylist for 20+ years. So, for months after my move, I struggled to find a stylist I was comfortable with or really understood what I wanted. The stylists at this SmartStyle are phenomenal. They really listen to what I want, try to execute that vision with their skill and, make necessary adjustments to make me look fantastic. They are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to give their customers the best service. Amber is my go-to stylist followed very closely by Kiersta, but honestly, they are all awesome stylists and awesome people. You really can’t go wrong here.
