Critical: Professionalism, QualityI brought my young daughter for a haircut. The lady didn’t ask a lot of questions, didn’t waste time asking where her hair naturally parts or if we wanted layering. It took her about 5 minutes, and they want $15 for that? When I got home I noticed a lot of long strands. This place is convenient and it’s really the only reason I go here occasionally. Never again! I brought my young daughter for a haircut. The lady didn’t ask a lot of questions, didn’t waste time asking where her hair naturally parts or if we wanted layering. It took her about 5 minutes, and they want $15 for that? When I got home I noticed a lot of long strands. This place is convenient and it’s really the only reason I go here occasionally. Never again! I will take her to a real hair salon next time.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy hair trims are always just the way I like them. I always ask for Sharon because she is quick and cuts my hair in the style I like. This location has always been fair priced and honor their coupons. I’m usually asked if I want to add hair products which I don’t typically buy unless they are on sale. That’s part of their job to sell products so I understand. I’m never pressured though to buy. I like this salon except for the physical location in Walmart makes it too exposed to the public shoppers checking out. I think this salon would benefit from having more privacy from shopping traffic inside Walmart. Thus, the four stars.My hair trims are always just the way I like them. My hair trims are always just the way I like them. I always ask for Sharon because she is quick and cuts my hair in the style I like. This location has always been fair priced and honor their coupons. I’m usually asked if I want to add hair products which I don’t typically buy unless they are on sale.
