I have been going to SmartStyle Altoona for a while now. My favorite girl left and the girl I’ve had since has done a worse and worse job on my hair each time even when I’ve brought pics or made suggestions. I know you won’t look like the picture of course but I never asked for anything fancy. I decided to go one more time two weeks ago bc I was going to be in the store.i should have listened to my instincts and not gone. Now every time I look in the mirror I want to cry. It’s Christmas, I look ridiculous, I wasted ALOT of $ and will probably have to pay more to try to get it fixed elsewhere. I don’t expect a refund but I definitely won’t go there again.

Not a bad place to go I’ve been here in the past and the only thing I dont like is whe. I got my hair cut I have naturally curly hair and they thought if they could just wet it down with a spray bottle they could brush right through and cut my hair, they were wrong and this happened more than once. I dont go here anymore because it hurts, I go to another place where she always at least gets my hair wet in the sink and runs conditioner through it quick before a cut.
